Lock the issuer objective, target raise, investor promise, Structure F baseline, decision rights, and definition of a successful placement.
Slipstream placement program / UBTC
From a modeled bond to an executable placement.
The Structure, Options, and Prediction Markets labs define the product. This workspace turns that research into owners, evidence, counterparties, investor conversations, and closing gates.
Terms must be investable, the protection must be executable, counterparties and advisers must be engaged, and a qualified book must clear at terms UBTC will accept.
This is a suggested execution framework, not evidence of a mandate, investor interest, counterparty capacity, regulatory approval, or a guaranteed placement. Update statuses only when the underlying evidence exists.
Six gates to a successful bond placement
Run workstreams in parallel, but do not treat modeled economics as market-ready until the external risk, legal, operating, and distribution gates are supported.
Convert modeled protection into financeable guarantor, hedge, collateral, custody, and operating terms with named counterparties.
Prepare the model, risk factors, legal and tax analysis, accounting treatment, waterfall, reporting package, and data room.
Use targeted education and confidential conversations to test buyer fit, objections, size, tenor, coupon, liquidity, and required protections.
Appoint distribution, finalize documentation, launch the book, manage allocations, lock hedges, and coordinate settlement.
Run collateral, options, covenant, investor-reporting, valuation, and incident-response processes for the life of the bond.

What must be true before launch
- Terms clear a real buyer.
Confidential demand work supports the target coupon, tenor, size, liquidity, and protections.
- Protection can be purchased.
Guarantees and hedges have matching terms, capacity, collateral, enforceability, and executable pricing.
- The operating chain is complete.
Issuer, custodian, trustee, calculation agent, settlement, reporting, and exception management are owned.
- The book survives diligence.
Model, disclosure, legal, tax, accounting, and risk materials reconcile to one controlled set of assumptions.
